I’m Linda Renneisen—certified holistic nutrition and health coach, mentor, speaker, and passionate advocate for a healthy, mindful lifestyle. With my brands foodvibes and the Office Health Institute, I support individuals and companies in strengthening their wellbeing sustainably—and with more ease. Above all, I focus on helping you turn change into real-life action.
My approach combines holistic nutrition with metabolic analyses, mindfulness, and practical everyday routines—with the goal of creating more energy, clarity, and quality of life.
To me, health is so much more than what’s on your plate. It’s shaped by the small, everyday micro-decisions we make consciously—and by a mindset shift that helps us prioritize ourselves again. I work in a non-dogmatic way, with a realistic 360-degree view of my clients’ lives and environments. Because everyone is unique—and change only works when it stays authentic, doable, and flexible.
Through inspiring talks, tailored workshops, 1:1 nutrition coaching, and my podcast “House of Good Vibes,” I meet people exactly where they are. I show how simple—and how nourishing—a mindful lifestyle can be, bringing more awareness, ease, and real good vibes to everyday life.
