My Personal
Health Journey

For many years, I constantly suffered from colds, skin and digestive issues, chronic inflammation, and extreme fatigue. That was my reality until my mid-20s, when I hit a real low point and felt like I couldn’t tolerate almost any food. I felt weak, developed an underactive thyroid and serious micronutrient deficiencies, and lost all trust in my body.

An intolerance test later revealed that I reacted to more foods than I could actually eat—which increased my insecurity around eating even more. I drastically changed my diet overnight and eliminated all those foods, but that didn’t bring the lightness I was hoping for. Only years later, after the symptoms worsened despite strict dietary routines, did I begin to uncover the root causes and truly heal from the inside out.

Today, I can say I’ve regained my wellbeing and once again experience a sense of ease with my body. I am deeply grateful for my body and its innate self-healing abilities.

Vision & Mission

I believe the path to a healthy, fulfilling, and joyful life always starts within ourselves — not through quick fixes or external corrections, but through truly understanding our bodies and the inner world that lives within us. The body is an intelligent system and a reflection of our subconscious and soul. Its symptoms are signals inviting us to look deeper instead of covering them up. Health isn’t something that only exists once disease is present; it arises from the consciousness with which we live, think, and nourish ourselves.


My vision is for people to recognize their bodies as powerful tools, to learn to trust them, and to take responsibility for their health. Prevention, mindfulness, and nutrition should be light, natural, and grounded in everyday life — as sources of balance, joy, and true quality of life. My mission is to support and inspire people on their journey toward a healthy, mindful lifestyle — not with strict rules or complicated concepts, but with clarity, awareness, and simplicity.

I am convinced that sustainable health arises in the small things: in simple routines, conscious decisions, and an attitude that supports the body. It’s about understanding the bigger picture and applying it in daily life. As an advocate for a healthy lifestyle, I combine nutrition, mindfulness, and body awareness to help people rediscover their sense of self-efficacy and bring more ease, balance, and life quality into their live.
